Getting started
How do I rewrite something?
Sign in, paste your text into "Your draft" (up to 3,500 characters), and select Humanize. Your rewrite appears on the right when it's ready, usually within a minute.
How do I see what changed?
Select "Show changes" above the rewrite. Every word that differs from your original is highlighted.
What do "Regenerate" and "Use as input" do?
Regenerate creates another take on the same original and uses one credit. "Use as input" moves the rewrite into the draft box so you can keep refining it.
What is the estimated score?
It's a rough estimate produced inside VissionIQ, not proof of authorship and not a prediction of what any other tool will report.
Credits
How many free rewrites do I get?
5 per account, with no card required. They are available once you confirm your email address. The free allowance is recorded per email address, so deleting an account and signing up again doesn't renew it.
What uses a credit?
Each Humanize or Regenerate action uses one credit. Automatic retries within that action are included.
What if a rewrite fails?
The credit is returned automatically, once. If a rewrite is interrupted, the credit comes back within about 30 minutes.
When is Pro available?
Pro ($10 CAD/month for 100 rewrites) is coming soon. It can't be purchased yet.
Account & sign-in
I didn't get the confirmation email
Check spam and promotions folders. In the workspace, select "Resend email". Each new link replaces the previous one and expires after 24 hours. You can request a new email once a minute, a few times a day.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page select "Forgot your password?". If email resets are available you can request a link that expires after 1 hour. You can also use the recovery code shown when you created your account.
How do I change my password or sign out everywhere?
In the workspace select Account. You can change your password (other devices are signed out) or sign out of every session.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account in the workspace, enter your password and type DELETE. Any active subscription is cancelled first. If cancellation can't be confirmed, nothing is deleted.
Why can't I use free rewrites on my new account?
Free rewrites are limited to one trial per email address. We also look at a combination of signals, such as repeated sign-ups from the same browser. These signals can be wrong, especially on shared devices. If that happened to you, contact support.
Troubleshooting
The rewrite is taking a long time
Longer texts and automatic retries take longer. If it doesn't finish, the workspace tells you and your credit is returned.
"Too many attempts"
We limit repeated sign-in and sign-up attempts to protect accounts. Wait a few minutes and try again.
The security check won't load
Sign-up uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Content blockers or strict privacy settings can stop it from loading. Allow challenges.cloudflare.com or try another browser.
Your data
Where does my text go?
Your text is processed on Cloudflare and sent to the Anthropic API for rewriting. Rewrite jobs and results are kept for 24 hours. Recent history is saved in your browser, separately for each account.
